The Help Desk and Call Center is the one-stop-shop area for academic technology assistance for the entire campus. Faculty should contact this area for assistance in any of the items listed below.

We are located in 322 Mckay Library and can also be reached during open hours by dialing 496-9000. If you prefer, you can submit requests for assistance at our website, http://byui.edu/helpdesk or by emailing us at helpdesk@byui.edu.
