Need help setting up things in I-Learn?

We can either teach you how to set up things in I-Learn, or we can save you time by doing it for you. Some instructors want to do it themselves and ultimately understand how to do it for the future. Others want to save time by having us do it. We're OK either way. We want to make your life easier.

Need quick hands-on help using I-Learn?

An I-Learn Service Representative (ISR) is assigned to each builing on campus. The Representatives are student employees who are experts at the ins and outs of I-Learn. They are here to help you and your TA.

Need training on software applications?

We can arrange for individual or group/department training customized to your interests/needs. The Faculty Technology Center is the place. We train faculty how to use technology or we can simply give them a finished product. We offer services for most campus technologies. Faculty members can either walk in to MCK 355 at any time between 8am and 6pm or call us at x9000 to receive phone help or to request an office visit from your I-Learn Service Representative (ISR). Our student employees are always there ready to help.

Training workshops are taught weekly on a variety of topics. We also have helpful online tutorials.

Need help creating instructional materials?

The FTC (Faculty Technology Center) is just the place. Our student assistants can give you hands-on help with tasks such as scanning images, editing audio and video, photo maipulation, DC/DVD burning, and professional presentations.

You can also contact Instructional Materials Development (IMD) to have learning objects created for you.
