Education: Received an AAS in Computer Information Systems from Ricks College, a BS in Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University, and an MBA in Information Systems and an emphasis in Information Assurance from Idaho State University. Teaching Experience: Was a teaching assistant at Ricks College. Also developed curriculum and course materials, and taught classes for the National Information Assurance Training and Education Center. Industry Experience: Had internships with the LDS Church Education System and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Later worked as an IT Analyst at the Government Accountability Office and as a Project Coordinator and Information Security Specialist at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Other: He and his wife, Annie, have two children and one on the way.
