The Wellness Center is here to help students and employees reach their health goals. Come in for a full assessment and we will help you make new goals and develop habits for a healthier you!



  • The pedometer challenge starts May 9th! Come sign up for a free pedometer and win prizes throughout the semeser!
  • The Nutrition Incentive Program starts Monday May 9th! Come in for a skin fold we can put you on a calorie plan that will help you with your eating goals!
  • May is national heart rate and blood pressure month! Come see what your blood pressure is to see if you run the risk of hypertension!
