If your enrollment has been certified and you have since dropped or added classes, read and complete the following:

  1. Changing classes may affect your VA eligibility. Be cautious. We recieve a report of class changes and will re-certify for you.
  2. We will only certify classes that count toward graduation at BYU-Idaho.  We recommend that you contact your academic advisor at BYU-Idaho to determine which classes count toward graduation.  Make sure that everything is properly declared on your graduation report.  You can view your graduation report from your personal BYU-Idaho account (my.byui.edu).  When the page loads, select "Graduation Report" from the Student Services Menu.  Also, the Career and Academic Advising office may also assist you.  You can contact them at (208) 496-1167.
  3. Each month, you will need to report to the VA Office in Oklahoma.  You will not receive payment until you have verified your attendance. Your enrollment can be verified starting on the last calendar day of the month by using the VA's Automated Verification of Enrollment (WAVE) or by calling their toll free Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone line at 1-877-823-2378.

If you have any questions, please contact Spencer Taylor at (208) 496-1394.
