Loan Documents and Lender Identifications

The copies of the Federal Direct Loan Application and Promissory Note, and the Loan Disclosure and Guarantee Statements are legal documents. They should be kept together in a safe place.

The lender's name, address, and telephone number can be located on the Loan Disclosure and Guarantee Statement.
