Hart Building Rules and Standards 
 

Passes

• Employee Membership – Present ID card for Hart issue clothing - gives access to all facilities (scheduling restrictions apply).  Employee laundry fee is $20 per semester or $50 per year.
• Employee Non-student Dependants - $10/each up to $40 per year for laundry fee.  To add a member call 496-1700 or visit Human Resources in Kimball 240. 
• Students and Student Spouse - $15 per semester or $45 per year for laundry fee.  Pay fee at Hart Equipment Room or locker rooms.
• Day Pass – for Community Patrons

               Day Pass ($6/all ages) – must leave drivers license as collateral.

               Allows access to all unscheduled/open Hart building areas except Fitness Center. 

• Fitness Center - Hours are 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  Enter ID# at Fitness Center Desk to verify eligibility.  Strength Training areas are unavailable during P.E. classes.  Ask Fitness staff for times.

Requirements to check out clothing & equipment

• Come dressed in appropriate attire consistent with the dress and grooming standards of the university.
• All Participants checking out equipment must have one of the following:
  • Faculty or Student I-card
  • Family Member Pass
  • Day Pass – must leave drivers license as collateral.

• Approved BYU-Idaho Hart Participation clothing is required when using Hart facilities
  • Check out clothing in BYU-I locker rooms or buy at BYU-I Book Store.
