Project Management

                A department of Information Technology

 

 

The IT Project Management Office is responsible for the management and successful completion of the portfolio of IT Projects for BYU-Idaho from inception to implementation.  Also responsible for the Project Portfolio Managment tool and processes.

 

Contributing to the mission of both BYU-Idaho and the IT Division by:

 

ο   Utilizing best practices in project management to facilitate the successful implementation  of IT projects that achieve the mission and objectives of BYU-Idaho

 

ο   Providing Project Portfolio Management tools, processes, and reports to university employees to efficiently and effectively request, track, and communicate status on projects


ο   Ensuring proper IT Change Management practices and processes are implemented

 

ο   Following the Saviors example of service and kindness in our associations with others:
