Project Classifications

Large Projects

Projects that require significant resources and time need to go through the Project Request process and be approved by the President's Executive Group (PEG).

Maintenance Projects

Smaller projects that can be evaluated and delivered by IT personnel in under 40 hrs. Maintenance projects are approved by the Vice Presidents or their designees and are meant to deliver results quickly. Each VP is allocated an amount of time each quarter for Maintenance Projects that they can use at their discretion. 

Operations

Day to day work to maintain high levels of up-time and stability to our IT systems.  IT manages these tasks and resources.
