Infrastructure
A department of Information Technology
IT Infrastructure provides telephone, computing and networking services that support university purposes. Infrastructure components include computing centers and telecommunication rooms, networks, servers, file storage and backup, telephones and other communication systems, and authentication and authorization to these services.
Contributing to the mission of both BYU-Idaho and the IT Division by:
ο Providing a high level of service.
ο Working in unity with other IT divisions and the campus community.
ο Adhering to established procedures and policies.
ο Designing, providing and maintaining services and systems that are secure, modular, resilient, integrated, standards-based, flexible and scalable.
