**Additional supplies will be needed throughout each semester depending on each project.  Faculty will let students know at the beginning of each semester in their syllabus.**

NOTE: Due to the memory intensive programs such as AutoCAD and the Adobe programs, a higher level computer is required for the interior design program compared to that required by the school.

 

Computer Software Needed

  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Adobe Photoshop CS5*
  • Adobe Illustrator CS5*
  • Adobe InDesign CS5*
  • AutoCAD (beginning of sophomore year)
  • Revit (available free from autodesk.com)

 

*available only in the Adobe Design Standard Suite from the BYU-I bookstore for a student discount around $250 for Mac (six programs included).
