The Computer Help Desk serves the technical needs of students. Service on laptops includes: connecting to the wireless network, assistance installing software, diagnostic services, virus protection, and many others.
The Computer Help Desk provides warranty service for "recommended" laptops that are under warranty with the campus agreement.
Desktop problems can be diagnosed over the phone or they can be brought to the Help Desk.
The Computer Help Desk is located in the basement of the David O. McKay Library, MCK 10.
