|Q| How do I order a single product?
|A| You can order a product via our convenient order process:
- Products & Pricing: Before placing your order, you will be prompted to login. If you do not have a University Press account, you will need to take a moment to register. Once registered, select the product you want to purchase along with the appropriate product options by clicking on the desired product in the product menu found on the left side of every product page. Once you have finished the selection process, then click on the 'submit order' button located at the bottom of the page.
- File Upload: In the order process, you will be asked to upload your files and any other files needed for your order (e.g., mail list file). Please note that you may need to upload multiple files, depending on your order. For example, a flyer job requires artwork for the front side of the flyer and the backside of the flyer. Although you can upload your files at any time, turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and approved.
|Q| Can I order two or more products?
|A| Yes, however, each finished product must be submitted separately (e.g, 3 different posters that have 3 different files and or amounts need to be submitted separately; 4 different individuals that need business cards from one department need to have their orders submitted separately. However, a book with a different cover for the front and back are considred the same project and only needs one submitted job)

|Q| Do I need to log in to my account during the ordering process (returning customers)?
|A| Yes, You will be prompted to login after clicking on the desired product you wish to order. If you have purchased from University Press before, you will need to enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and then click the 'Login' button. If you have forgotten your user name or password please call 208-496-2300 for confirmation or email the press at press@byui.edu and provide your name and number so we can get back with you as quickly as possible.
|Q| Do I need to create an account during the ordering process (new customers)?
|A| Yes, if you do not have a University Press account, you will need to create an account by following the instructions on the login screen when you click in the 'click here to register' button found at the bottom of the page. Remember, the email address you give us is where all of your University Press communications-including order confirmations, and special updates will be sent.

|Q| Can I upload my files before ordering?
|A| Yes, you can simply email the files to the press before you order your product. You can do this by clicking in the 'click here to send an email starting the ordering process' line on the product page, send the email to press@byui.edu, or click the email link found on the left side at the bottom of the product list found on each page.
|Q| Can I receive a price quote before ordering?
|A| Yes. You can receive an estimated price quote by selecting the product that interests you along with appropriate product options. The price will automatically adjust whenever you select different options. If you do not see the product or option you desire, we encourage you to submit a custom quote request via our email at press@byui.edu or by phone at 208-496-2300.
|Q| How do I know if I'm ordering the right product?
|A| All product information can be found on our web site. In fact, you can review a complete list of products at: http://www.byui.edu/press/ . If you still feel uncomfortable purchasing online, you should feel free to call us at 208-496-2300 during normal business hours (i.e., Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time).

|Q| How do I check on the status of my order?
|A| You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the 'order status' button on the top right of the University Press home page. Then, you can login to your account and review the status of any order. In addition, we will contact you whenever the status of your job changes (e.g., ready for proofing, job is ready for pick up).
|Q| What shipping methods do you offer?
|A| We will ship your order to you at your location on campus if you work at BYUI or you can pick up your order at our office address of BYU- Idaho University Press , 525 Center St. 119 ASB, Rexburg, ID 83460-8005. In addition, we offer mailing services if you want us to mail your printed postcards, brocures, or envelops to people on your mail list. This can be done by sending an Excel file with a list of names and address to our mailing services on campus and send a copy to the University Press. We can also print this variable data on the card or envelope as well.
