|Q| Why do I have to create an account?
|A| Your account helps us identify you when you are on the site, allowing us to provide you with information for your orders and your files. It also gives us a way to contact you regarding your printing needs, as well as keep track of your searches and purchases.
|Q| How do I create an account?
|A|Creating an account is simple and takes just a moment. To start, please access the University Press home page by clicking here: www.byui.edu/press. Click the "Register for Web Ordering" button at the top, right of the home page to begin the process. Then, you will need the following information to create an account:
1. Enter your first, middle and last name fields provided.
2. Enter your email and phone number.
3. Enter your site or department name and address.
4. Create your login by typing your userid and password.
5. Once you have finished this process, please remember to click the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page.
Remember, the email address you give us is where all of your Press communications-including order confirmations, special updates, and any needed proofs- will be sent. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

|Q| How will my information be used?
|A| The Press respects your privacy completely. We will never sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your permission. The information contained in your account helps us identify you when you are on the site. We use your email address to send you order confirmations, important updates, and any proofs you've requested. The password you create for your account is for you alone. It ensures that only you have access to your account.
|Q| How do I access my Press account?
|A| Whenever you click on the desired product you wish to order from the Press home page, you will be prompted to login. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to access your order history, order status, and your profile.

|Q| Can I get existing account information if I log in on a different computer?
|A| Yes. Your account information is stored on the Press's secure Internet servers, so you can access the Press from just about anywhere.
|Q| How long will my files be saved in my Press account?
|A| Most files are saved up to 2 to 3 months from the time of ordering. After such time, all files are purged to allow additional room on the server. However, if you need a certain file to stay in our system because you utilize it on a regular basis, you can assign a P# to it and it will remain in our files for as long as you need it.
