|Q| Are Press transactions safe and secure?
|A| Yes -- completely! The Press is a secure site that uses the latest security measures to keep all of your information safe and secure.
|Q| How does the Press protect my privacy?
|A| The security of your personal information is very important to us. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us and will only use it as we have described in our Privacy Policy.

|Q| What is the Press's Privacy Policy?
|A| The Press's Privacy Policy states our commitment to protecting your privacy, as well as creating a safe environment when visiting and placing orders on our site. Our policy covers the information we collect, how we use it, the security measures we utilize, and more.
|Q| Will my email address or personal info be given to third parties?
|A| Absolutely not! All personal information is kept strictly confidential and is only used for placing orders through the Press. Only the personal information necessary to complete an order is passed on to third parties. For example, in order to complete an order for hard binding books, the Press must outsource that to a company in Salt Lake City.
|Q| What are cookies and how does the Press use them?
|A| Cookies are small bits of information, typically stored on a customer's computer, which enable a web site to "personalize" itself for each user. When creating an account on the Press, one cookie is left on your computer to help verify your identity when you access the site. In order to store temporary session information, another cookie is created when you log in. This cookie is removed when you close your browser. Neither cookie contains any of your personal information, which is stored on our Web servers. Your security and privacy are a priority.
