Student Ambassadors Mission Statement

BYU-Idaho Student Ambassadors build relationships with potential students in order to attract those whose hearts are right and prepare them for an optimal BYU-Idaho experience.

Student Ambassadors Information

BYU–Idaho Student Ambassadors act as representatives of the university to prospective students. Their common responsibilities include the following:

Tours

• Give regularly scheduled campus tours lasting approximately 1 hour to groups of prospective students and their families

Visit Days

• This includes coordinating with a prospective student to arrange class visits, a scheduled admissions meeting, and visits to specific departments which interest the prospective student(i.e. housing & student living office, career and academic advising, etc.)

As Student Ambassador, you will learn more about this great University. You will be up-to-date on the changes that are occurring on campus and on the statistics of BYU–Idaho. You can have the opportunity to become even greater disciples as representatives of this University, and of the Lord, as you bear testimony daily with visitors, of the spirit that attends this wonderful institution.
