Learn how to prepare estimates and bids for typical landscape control and present them to a client. Understand contracts and related working documents such as plans, specifications and change orders. Understand laws and responsibilities relating to contracting, including liens, torts, insurance, bonds, payrol taxes, and labor regulations. |
