DESCRIPTION: In this course students will study advanced statistical methods, including: multiple linear regression, certain nonlinear regression models, one factor experiments, factorial experiments (two or more factors), nonparametric statistics, statistical quality control, and stochastic processes. Students will learn the basic underlying theory of these methods and some of their applications.

OBJECTIVES: In this course students will study advanced statistical methods, including: multiple linear regression, certain nonlinear regression models, one factor experiments, factorial experiments (two or more factors), nonparametric statistics, statistical quality control, and stochastic processes. Students will learn the basic underlying theory of these methods and some of their applications.
REQUIREMENTS: Attendance is required. Students are required to purchase their own calculator. Homework, tests, and individual and group projects will be required.
