| DESCRIPTION: | This course is designed to assist the instructor to explore the concepts, ideas, and principles of teaching training fundamentals. The focus of this course will be to give the student the tools needed to write a prescription of activity to meet the needs of those being trained. | ||

| REQUIREMENTS: | 1. Students will be required to attend and participate in each class 2. Take exams and quizes 3. Write an assigned term paper approved by instructor 4. Macro, meso, and micro prescription of activity cycles 5. Basic skills' test on strength training |
