DESCRIPTION: A case studies approach to criminal law theory and penal codes enforcement and adjudication.
TOPICS: Theory of law, corpus delecti, acts and interests, major crimes
OBJECTIVES: Students will understand the theory and application of criminal laws
REQUIREMENTS: Two exams with practical situations and a major term paper
PREREQUISITES: Introductory courses should be taken before this course.
