CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course builds upon the principles learned in accounting 201 and 202 including accounting theory, revenue recognition, financial statement measurement and reporting of cash, receivables and inventories, financial statements presentation, time value of money concepts, and financial statement disclosures. A financial calculator is required.
DESCRIPTION: To build upon the principles learned in Accounting 201 and 202. To provide an in-depth examination of financial reporting concepts including overview of accounting cycle, financial statements, and related disclosures. To apply accounting principles within specified project. To focus on understanding and using the tools available to accountants.
