|OBJECTIVES:||Whether speaking in public comes easily or is a challenge, this class is designed to help you improve your current abilities through "hands-on experience."|
|REQUIREMENTS:||Class requirements may come from the following:
Five to seven speeches including such topics as Introduction, Personal Experience, Informative/Demonstration, Impromptu, Persuasive, Group, Religious.
Participation in Group Project.
|PREREQUISITES:||Declared Communication major or minor.|
|OTHER:||The COMM 102 Oral Presentation class, for 3.0 credits, is the Public Speaking class required for all Communication majors and minors. The COMM 101 Public Speaking class, for 2.0 credits, should NOT be taken by Communication majors and minors.|
