CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Combination of classroom discussion and supervised practical experience for the development and improvement of selected occupational competencies, highly coordinated and closely articulated with related classroom and laboratory studies.

TOPICS:
OBJECTIVES: Develop and improve occupational competencies.
REQUIREMENTS: Requirements can be completed various ways. Opportunities for on hands training and work on the BYU-Idaho Farm with 16 hours of work per credit will complete the requirement. Working for local farmers in harvest (grain or potatoes) will give the students good practical experience.

A record of each students work experience and a report of that record is required for satisfactory completion of course. Report is due on last day of block for review.
