| OBJECTIVES: | Upon completion of this course a student will be able to: *Identify assistive devices and their purposes in facilitating skill development in children with disabilities *Identifiy the type and range of disabitliy most commonly associated with specific assistive devices *Demonstrate the ability to adapt assistive devices to meet student-specific IEP goals and benchmark *Demonstrate the ability to collaorate with related services personnel in implementing assistive technology recommendations |
