OBJECTIVES: This class is designed to help the student become familiar with the tools, techniques, and usage skills for basic TV production. The Professor assumes that the student has no (or little) prior experience in the use of equipment or in performing in professional TV settings.
REQUIREMENTS: Assignments equal 600 points.
Tests equal 300 points.
Attendance equals 300 points.
Newscasts equal 50 points.
Total equals 1,250 points
PREREQUISITES: COMM 260 preferred or consent of Instructor. Concurrent registration with COMM 260 permissible.
