| DESCRIPTION: | Continuation of SIGN 101. Emphasis is on receptive and expressive skills via Direct Interactive Method to increase fluency. Students are introduced to videotaping as a learning tool. (ASL) | ||
| TOPICS: | ASL Classifiers. Body/facial expression. Advanced vocabulary. Advanced fingerspelling. Deaf culture. Videos. ASL structure. Reception. Church Signs. |

| OBJECTIVES: | 1. Increase grammatically appropriate conversational fluency by immersion in target language. 2. Emphasize vocabulary building. 3. Continue building culturally appropriate social skills with the deaf population. |
