| OBJECTIVES: | 1. Design and analyze circuits with diodes, BJTs, and FETs using models of various complexity; 2. Use CAE software to model circuits with diodes, BJTs, and FETs; 3. Construct semiconductor circuits and observe their operation using basic laboratory instruments; 4. Design and construct a linear power supply according to written specifications; 5. Test a design to detrmine whether it meets required physical, operational, and storage specifications; 6. Make technical presentations. |
