OBJECTIVES: Students will be able to provide a:
1. Concise knowledge of environmental health practice in industry.
2. Concise knowledge of safety practice in industry.
3. Concise knowledge of the food safety inspection of food manufacturers and establishments.
4. Concise knowledge of the inspection process for hospitals, nursing home, and instutionalized people.
5. Concise knowledge of the process and OSHA rules for the inspection of industrial and business sites.
