| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | Increase theoretical Knowledge of Conflict Management. Analyze the components that lead to de/constructive conflict. Critically analyze conflict situations. Facilitate practical experiences in conflict. Engage in the process of inquiry that leads to recommendations for designing effective conflict management processes. | ||
