DESCRIPTION: An introduction to a variety of current topics in Computer Science. Intended to give students breadth in the CS curriculum.
TAUGHT: Fall, Winter
CONTENT AND TOPICS: Bioinforantics, computer security, computer history, graphics and artificial intelligence. (Will vary from semester to semester depending on the most current topics in the Computer Science field.)
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. Explain some of a wide array of topics in Computer Science.
2. Learn new areas of Computer Science.
