| DESCRIPTION: | A course designed to develop skills of international style dancing. Three of the following dances will be taught each semester: waltz, foxtrot, Viennese waltz, tango, quickstep. | ||

| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | 1.Develop a proficiency in International style Ballroom dancing. 2. Increase self-confidence and enjoyment in a dance environment. 3.Learn to discriminate the different dances according to the music. 4.Learn and practice proper social dance etiquette. 5.Become more aware of the positive and negative effects that music and dance can have on the spirit. |
