CONTENT AND TOPICS:
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: -Grasp the multifaceted culture and civilization of Spain and Spanish America.
-Study the geography, history, and major political and cultural issues in the historical development of the Spanish-speaking world, inculding the Hispanic population of the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Participation, attendance, readings, lecture, discussion, media presentations, student presentations, essays, exams.
