| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | -Write cohesive summaries, analyses and reflective responses to literature reflecting sound organization, relevant content, and effective paragraph development. -Read, interpret, and analyze samples of genres of literature. -Analyze in writing and in group discussion a literary work, critiquing the piece in terms of plot, setting, background, literary devices, themes, and subject and aesthetic effectiveness. |
