DESCRIPTION: Development of speaking, understanding, reading, and writing the Cyrillic alphabet.
TAUGHT: Fall, Winter, and Summer
CONTENT AND TOPICS: Basic speaking, listening, writing, reading skills and knowledge of the grammar to enable the student to communicate comprehensibly about the themes chosen for the semester.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: -Converse in communicative tasks regularly used in daily life.
-Use the Cyrillic alphabet to write anything that can be spoken.
-Give utterance in Russian, students will accurately respond.
REQUIREMENTS: Expressions, active speaking, grammar explanations, singing, writing exercises, dictations, daily speaking, weekly interaction, conversations, partner pass-offs, writing tasks, listening tasks.
