CONTENT AND TOPICS: The study of human cultures as they interact with each other and with their physical environment. Its focus is on such topics as population, urbanization, language, religion, political patterns, and economic development as these express themselves in world affairs.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Recall relevant contrent form geographic subject matter.
Gain an understanding of the rich and diverse characteristics of people, places, and environments.
Interpret maps, blobes, and other geographic tools and technologies.
Understand that space and spatial relationships are fundamental components of human interdependence on the local, regional, and global scales.
Recognize the spatial relationships between people and their environments.
Solve porblems systematiclaly using geographic methods.
