| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | Students will: 1) demonstrate a knowledge of environmental health practices in industry, 2) identify safe and unsafe practices used in industry, 3) develop an understanding of food safety inspection of food manufacturers and establishments, 4) recognize the processes of health inspection for hospitals, nursing homes, and institutionalized persons, 4) maintain a working awareness of OSHA rules used for inspection of industrial and business sites. | ||
