| DESCRIPTION: | This course provides training and experience in presentation of flowers in: display windows and coolers, large banquet halls, auditoriums, custom design in residential and commercial settings. Florals skills, shop management techniques, and floral nomenclature are all emphasized. The class is provided as an opportunity to reinforce principles learned in the various floral classes, and to prepare students for internship and retail employment. | ||
