DESCRIPTION: The basic knowledge and skills necessary to lead and participate effectively in small groups are presented. Leadership skills are enhanced through understanding self, interpersonal relations and small groups. Students are expected to participate in small group experiences.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Gain a basic understanding of social psychology from a sociological and interactive perspective.

REQUIREMENTS: Tests, oral exams, response papers, individual presentations, group presentations, self-evaluation.
