|DESCRIPTION:||The basic knowledge and skills necessary to lead and participate effectively in small groups are presented. Leadership skills are enhanced through understanding self, interpersonal relations and small groups. Students are expected to participate in small group experiences.|

|GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:||Gain a basic understanding of social psychology from a sociological and interactive perspective.
Apply concepts to better individual undersanding of human behavior.
Become better at interacting with self and others.
Learn academic principles relative to developing human relations and leadership skills.
