| DESCRIPTION: | For all Freshman and transfer music majors. The class provides an overview of the expectations and requirements of the professional studio teacher, music educator, performer, as well as other career opportunities in music. It also includes an introduction to conducting to prepare students for Music 308 as well as training for conducting duties in church callings. Concert attendance for all music majors is included. Attendance at ten music events is required per semester. Grade is Pass/Fail. | ||
