| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | 1. Increase understanding and application of technique inmusical performance. 2. Increase ability to perform securely, beautifully, and musically convincingly on given instrument. 3. Pass listed performance and technique requirements, according to appropriate level. 4. Develop good practice habits. 5. Acquire fundamental and advanced skills on instrument for music majors. |

| REQUIREMENTS: | Music Ed Majors: A minimum of 25 minutes during your first two years at BYU-Idaho. Performance opportunites will be provided through combined master classes, concerto auditions (sophomores), and STAR recitals. A junior and senior recital of approximately 50 minutes of much each year. Performance Majors: A minimum of 25 minutes during your first year at BYU-Idaho. Performance opportunites will be provided through combined master classes, concerto auditions (sophomores), and STAR recitals.
