|DESCRIPTION:||Private lessons for non-music majors consisting of twelve 25-minute lessons per semester. Repeatable.|
|CONTENT AND TOPICS:||Posture
|GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:||1. Increase understanding and application of technique and ability to perform securely, beautifully, and musically convincingly.
2. Acquire fundamentals on instrument for non-music majors.
|REQUIREMENTS:||45 minutes per day 5 days a week practice time. Memorization of a selected number of songs to be determined by the teacher|
|PREREQUISITES:||Music 104 or 155. Concurrent registration in a vocal ensemble gives the student priority in the class, should space become a consideration for registration.|
|OTHER:||These lessons are available on a space-available basis.|
