|DESCRIPTION:||Twelve regularly scheduled 25-minute lessons. Master classes are not a requirement, but are strongly recommended.|
|CONTENT AND TOPICS:||Rudiments of cello.|
|GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:||1. Increase understanding and application of technique and ability to perform securely, beautifully, and musically convincingly.
2. Acquire fundamentals on instrument for non-music majors.
|REQUIREMENTS:||45 minutes per day 6 days a week practice time. Performance oportunities are available on Cello Master Class and Music Department STAR recitals throughout the semester.|
