DESCRIPTION: Class consists of footwork, agility, running, conditioning, flexibility, change of direction, coordination, and reaction time.
TAUGHT: Winter, Summer, Fall
CONTENT AND TOPICS: Class recommended for every student to prepare to teach their children the basic physical skills - plyometrics
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. Learn basic physical skills: abdominal exercises, jumping rope, footwork ladder, change of direction, and agilities
2. Be able to teach basic physical skills
3. Learn fitness techniques related to physical and athletic activities
4. Become proficient in footwork, agility, running, conditioning, flexibility, coordination, and reaction time
REQUIREMENTS: Students will:
1. Observe and receive training through demonstration techniques
2. Practice and do repetition
3. Compete with classmates
4. Play games and exhibit proficiency
5. Attend class and participate
