GENERAL EDUCATION: This course does not fulfill a General Education requirement.

DESCRIPTION: Prepare workout schedule, do workouts outside of class, and report these workouts to instructor.
TAUGHT: Winter, Summer, Fall
CONTENT AND TOPICS: Consists of four written assignments with no book required but access to a Fitness for Life text recommended. Prepare workout schedule and report workouts weekly
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: The student will:
1. Continue cardiovascular fitness after completion of Fitness for Life course
2. Write a personal workout program
3. Attend first day of class for instruction of class
REQUIREMENTS: Student will:
1. Prepare and submit weekly workouts reports
2. Prepare and submit written assignments
3. Do strength appraisals
PREREQUISITES: 1. PEC 177 recommended
2. Access to Fitness for Life Manual
OTHER: It is imperative that student meet with instructor the first and last days of semester for instruction and final evaluation
