DESCRIPTION: A class designed to teach women proper weight training techniques.

CONTENT AND TOPICS:
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. To allow the student to realize her physical potential by participating in a systematic progressive resistance exercise program.
2. Knowledge to develop a personal weight program.
3. Social development
4. Develop self-esteem
5. Develop spotting techniques and understand how to use them
6. Learn safety and balance in a safe environment
7. Develop levels of physical fitness and skill
8. Relieve stress
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Attendance and participation
2. BYU-I clothing required
3. Exhibit knowledge, safety, and skill of levels of physical fitness
5. Develop personal weight program
