| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | 1.Application of concepts taught in class to actual situations. 2.Learn by oral communication with those with experience. 3.Learn to ask questions. 4.Meet weekly to report progress to Physics Department internship director as well as prepare a final paper summarizing progress made. |

| REQUIREMENTS: | 1. Complete job-finding exercise, due semester prior to internship 2. Secure approved internship. Complete "BYU-I Agreement Contract" (no credit can be given without this contract). 3. Complete Personal Journal. 4. Report to the Physics Department either through a written or oral report the semester upon returning from internship. |
