|CONTENT AND TOPICS:|
|GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:||1. Know how stress effects the human body and brain.
2. Develop skills at relaxation and biofeedback, assertiveness training, and cognitive reappraisals.
3. Practice skills learned.
4. Know how to participate in stress-reducing activities without prompting.
|REQUIREMENTS:||Participation in group discussions and exercises, a 5 page self-description/exploration paper.|
