| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | 1. Study pesticide handling, safety, worker protection and and pesticide laws as they pertain to obtaining your state commercial pesticide license. 2. Study the law and safety manual, pest characteristics pertaining to your category, and pesticide toxicity as it relates to the EPA categories. 3. Prepare to take at least two state written exams. |

| REQUIREMENTS: | You must pass the state exams with a 70% or better to pass the class. You may retake the state exams as determined by the state. |
