| CONTENT AND TOPICS: | A study of 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th amendments as they relate to police conduct. Search and seizure, wire tapping, covert operations, lineups, exclusionary rule. |

| GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: | Students will understand the relationship between the Bill of Rights, Supreme Court and police procedures. | ||
