|CONTENT AND TOPICS:||A study of 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th amendments as they relate to police conduct.
Search and seizure, wire tapping, covert operations, lineups, exclusionary rule.
|GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:||Students will understand the relationship between the Bill of Rights, Supreme Court and police procedures.|
|REQUIREMENTS:||3 mid term exams and essay.|
|PREREQUISITES:||Introductory courses should have been completed before enrollment.|
