DESCRIPTION: A capstone experience where students have the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills in animal science related industry.
TAUGHT: Fall, Winter, Summer
CONTENT AND TOPICS: *Varied
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. Make all arrangements for the internship; phone calls, interviews, final confirmations. See that all necessary forms are filled out with correct information.
2. Determine and define internship responsibilities with internship provider.
3. Fulfill commitments as defined in responsibilities.
4. Demonstrate skills previously mastered.
5. Demonstrate skills acquired while on the internship.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least a Junior majoring in Animal Science
PREREQUISITES: Consent of instructor.
